An EWAVE eFoil is an electric hydrofoil surfboard that lifts you above the water for a smooth, silent ride.
EWAVE combines cutting-edge technology with premium carbon fiber construction, Sony battery cells, and UIM safety certification.
Users must be at least 16 years old. Maximum load is 220 lbs (100 kg).
Like all electric vehicles, EWAVE eFoils have very little maintenance. Components are sealed from moisture and made of corrosion-resistant materials.
Most people can handle the board within one hour. It's easy to learn.
The board will gradually reduce power. You can safely ride it back to shore at reduced speed.
Yes, EWAVE products come with a 12-month warranty on components and 9 months/500 cycles on batteries.
Yes, within 14 days of receipt if unused and in original condition.

Coverage Details
- Components: 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
- Battery: 9 months or 500 charge cycles (whichever comes first) from the date of purchase.
How to Claim
To initiate a warranty claim, email info@ewave.mv with your proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and clear photos or video of the defect. Our team will assess your claim and provide instructions for next steps.
Important Notes
- Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
- Warranty does not cover unauthorized modifications, misuse, crash damage, improper storage, or acts of God.
- Normal wear and tear, routine maintenance, and cosmetic damage are not covered.
- Warranty claims must be submitted within the applicable warranty period.
Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your EWAVE experience. If something isn't right, our return policy has you covered.
Return Policy
- 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of receipt.
- Items must be in brand-new condition, unused, with all original tags and packaging.
- A $400 restocking fee applies to Formula Future returns.
How to Return
Email info@ewave.mv within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.
Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after the returned item passes warehouse inspection. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
